Purpose Of The Role

We are currently looking for an Associate Director to be based in our Regional Office. You will provide assistance in business development, new client acquisition, project development and relevant matters for the Team Lead in the region.

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years in client relationship/investment management role
• Experience working in a Bank/Wealth Management/Investment Advisory/Investment Banking Institution preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment

Key Areas Of Responsibility:

• Liaise with private angel investors, family offices, early stage venture capital firms, potential strategic partners to showcase or raise capital for early stage companies / start-ups.
• Candidates with experience in Investment Advisory / Wealth Management / Venture Capital.
• Leverage past investment banking or related experience to enhance capital raising capabilities and contribute to building Qi Ventures’ franchise
• Meet revenue and other financial goals by establishing and maintaining a pipeline of investors / prospects.
• Serve as a brand ambassador to Qi and mentor to junior team mates.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred

Purpose Of The Role

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Intern to be based in our Bangalore Office.

• Good with MS-Excel/ G Suite and typing skills.
• Strong Communication Skills

Key Areas Of Responsibility:

• Customer/ Clients and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Keep information confidential
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

• Support the team in Recruitment.

Purpose Of The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Private equity advisor/Financial Consultant to contribute in generating leads and managing the good relationship with the clients of for Qi Venture. You are responsible for handling clients over the phone/email, preferably by phone calls. You will be responsible for closing deals and maintaining good customer relationships.

As an effective person, you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people and relationship management skill. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

What we are looking for:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Qi Venture’s offerings.
• Interacting with HNI and UHNI clients and solving their quires and portfolio.
• Handle grievances/solve the issues and grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis. No tolerance towards any data security breach of any customer or company information.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Keep records of all conversations in company's database in a comprehensible way Frequently attend trainings/re-trainings to improve knowledge and performance level.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Maintaining the data base and records of the clients in useful manner.

Requirements and skills
